The MA Keri and PA Stacy were both extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Integris Sleep Medicine South. They called me back very quickly after I checked in for my appointment. Keri K was the medical assistant who took my vitals and took down all the information they needed for my visit. She was very thorough and engaging. Dr Doshi was attentive and set me up to order my new CPAP machine and supplies.
The experience was good. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. I was called back at the time of my scheduled appointment by Keri, the medical assistant. She was kind, patient, and thorough checking me in. She sanitized well and that made me more comfortable. Dr. Doshi listened and offered great recommendations.
Great staff, very friendly people. Didn’t have to wait very long at all. I will definitely be back to visit them again
They plucked us from the waiting area almost 20 minutes late. I arrived to a dirty room with a dirty bathroom. The sheet had mascara on it. The sink had red lip gloss/lipstick on it. There was a dirty baby wipe left in the shower. The shower sprayer hung down with no way to hook it up and use it like a shower instead of a dog sprayer. The day tech told me that was an Infection Control thing. I've never seen a shower sprayer hung down like that in a pt room! I wasn't allowed to use my electric blanket due to it "interfering with transmission". The night tech told me that the room I was in had the worst connectivity issues. That sounds like an Integris problem, not a me problem. Despite adjusting the thermostat, I remained cold all night. The night tech never offered an additional blanket or even a warm blanket. The pillows are flatter that western Kansas. There is nothing comforting about the room! No nice bedding or pillows. No white noise machine. You can hear noise from the hallway. Nothing is conducive to you sleeping. They also do not provide towels (and don't tell you this) or a washcloth for when you shower the next day. You can't bring bedding because they are afraid of bed bugs, but you have to bring your own towels? 🤷♀️. I counted 12 small electronic lights while the lights were turned off and I was supposed to be trying to sleep. Five of the twelve were blinking! They make stickers to cover those! I asked the night tech for a bandaid to cover the blinking light on the paper towel dispenser: she never brought one. I feel like the facility is subpar and could use a major remodel! The night tech had an obviously runny nose, and never wore a mask. If I need a sleep study again in the future, I'm going to have to request a different facility. The only redeeming things about my visit were Ashley with registration and Dru the day tech. They were both friendly and had great energy!
