Advanced Sleep Solutions

I was scheduled to be there 8:00 pm and the technician didn't come in to hook up any of them.The equipment until after 11:00 pm. I paid my bill in full, at the time of the study, then two months later, get a bill for 5.77. Not very professional. When the technician took all of the leads off, he just drugged them down the hallway, and I had to step over them to leave.

Terrible experience. Company is not upfront about costs. You are informed of the cost of the test only on the morning of the appointment. You are also charged a cancellation fee if you cancel within 1 business day, so if the cost of the test is too much you'll still have to pay them money. Then you're hit with another $100+ dollars for a doctor to look at your results, another cost that is unknown until the bill shows up. Their at-home test equipment super uncomfortable. The strap around that goes around your chest had lost its elasticity, so I couldn't be sure if I had adjusted the strap to the correct tightness. You're also told you can sleep in whatever position you normally sleep in (back, side, or stomach), but it's impossible to sleep on your side or stomach with a large box on your chest with multiple sets of wires and tubes coming out of it. The test is only designed for sleeping on your back. With the crummy test equipment, you're stressed about getting good test results, especially after paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. One of the worst nights of sleep I've ever gotten. Afterward, test results were supposed to come back in 2 weeks. They took 4 weeks. Then I got a call from Revere Pulmonary to set up a follow up consultation. They wouldn't give me any info about my results over the phone. A couple days later, my doctor called and scheduled a consultation with me directly. He had not ordered a referral to Revere Pulmonary, that came directly from Advanced Sleep Solutions without talking to my doctor. I also got a bill from Revere health. I called Advanced Sleep Solutions to sort out the mess and to figure out Revere's involvement. Turns out it was the doctor looking over the results and generating a report. I complained that I didn't know about costs upfront either for the test or the report reading and I got a gaslighting response that I knew an additional charge would be coming and that they normally don't charge cancellation fees for at-home tests. I had to read her the email that they sent me about it. At least she finally sent me the results for my test after I asked. My whole experience with Advanced Sleep Solutions was full of hidden costs and convoluted scheduling with third parties.

Terrible service. They do not give you important information and will change your appointments location and time without saying anything. Many other sleep study places that are much more professional and won’t waste your time.

The technician was very patient, explained things well and was very friendly. Clean rooms that were pretty comfortable.

After approximately 2 weeks of sending my prescription to advance sleep solutions, I finally got a return phone call to schedule my appointment. At that time I told him I would pay cash as I was instructed by my doctor , due to the fact that it was only $300. But they informed me that it was $750 but I could run it through my insurance company. so I gave them my insurance company info. They said they would get it all pre-approved and see me the date of my sleep study. They put me out about 3 weeks so that they made sure they got it approved by the insurance company in time. They sent me multiple requests to confirm my appointment prior to my appointment , each time I confirm my appointment. The day before my appointment they emailed me six times for me to confirm my appointment and also called me to confirm my appointment. I told them that I had confirmed my appointment every time and that I was coming. They said okay great. When I went to my appointment, the address they gave me was wrong so I drove around for 15 extra minutes trying to locate their office. Once I arrived, I met with a gentleman that was very professional, he checked me in and explained that I would be responsible for paying $750 prior to my study, I explained to him that they told me they were going to run it through my insurance company and I didn't want to have to pay it all up front. He called his boss which instructed him to collect my $750 if I wanted this sleep study. So I declined after all the confusion and misinformation I was given. This is the worst business I've ever tried to do business with, and I definitely won't be back!
