My daughter is a first time mom and she is Native American. If you were older or maybe a different race you will be treated better. I had my babies at Billings Clinic and they were amazing I left feeling like all my needs were addressed there. The best education for a new mom. St. Vs the nurses seemed stressed, unhappy, and rude. My daughter’s labor and delivery experience was not what I hoped for. While I understand how busy this unit can be, I felt that her concerns and questions were often dismissed or not fully addressed. There was very little education provided about her care, which left her feeling anxious and unprepared during an already vulnerable time. I also felt a lack of empathy and active listening from some staff members. Labor and delivery is an emotional experience, and patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and informed. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that improvements can be made in communication, compassion, and patient education. So disappointing I could cry :( I don’t recommend having your baby here.

I have been going for cancer treatment for 3 years, always excellent treatment and wonderful people. Except for the dark haired younger lady working the front desk. It appears she hates her job and I have not seen her smile or be personable since she started working there. Other than her, absolutely amazing place!

Visiting town had to stop into the the ER & they seen/treated me within 30 minutes!! Quickest hospital visit I’ve experienced! Staff were kind, quick and efficient. Also they didn’t try to minimize my pain when I told them 9.5/10 they didn’t hesitate to properly treat my pain w/o 21 questions. Ha almost wish I could move states for this type of care. 10/10.

My step dad is currently a patient and the care has been subpar at best. I was there for 2 days. He was placed in an attends Monday and it was Thursday, still has the original one on and he was ripe smelling. He spilled coffee and syrup in his bed Thursday, he was gave a washcloth and no one took the spilled laundry. He finally got a shower Friday and his bedding changed. Asked for the case manager and it was over 3 hours before they came in, the RN was extremely rude and seemed bothered to be asked any questions. PT said they would be back with an adaptive walker to get him up and walking, they never returned. My step dad is waiting on a bed to open and had to remain thru the weekend. This is the message I just received from my mom. "He is doing better but still weak they act like it's a bother to help him one nurse grabbed him and threw him on the bed his name is Drew he told me that he needs to start using his left leg and I told him to talk to him I asked for pajama bottoms but all they had was scrub bottoms but Drew had a fit and pulled them off and threw them at me I can't wait to get him outta here I really wanted to say something but I didn't.." This is unacceptable in all areas, where is some compassion and dignity? No one is explaining what is going on and what needs to happen next. Therapy is extremely important to get started right away after a stroke. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Receptionist very up beat and welcoming. Medical assistant kind and caring. Dr Heatin is one of the most caring. hands on, informative, (explains all steps on all procedures ) etc. I'm 76 and my skin did not ahe well, I'm really happy I hooked up with this entire group of awesome caregivers. They really care... Thanks, Bruce Ireland
