The service is the worst, they said they called when my phone never rang, they asked for me to call them and they never answered. They got a piece of my personal information wrong so I try to give them the right one and they ignore me. To make it short, I'm so disappointed, I'm going somewhere else where I feel comfortable and cared for.

Have been a patient of Robbie Bartlett APRN for about a year. No matter what I do, I have not been able to get my Rx filled in a timely manner. My Rx requires a new prescription every month and I have to call the Sleep Center. I have been out for medication as long as 5 days, on 2 seaparate occasions. Two clerks have told me "Robbie called that in", when they were looking at a date from the prior month. I've had to call repeatedly, to check with clinic, and with pharmacy, and been left hanging almost every month re: my Rx. If I needed med for high Blood Pressure, I might be dead by now. My sleep disorder is just as serious and I do my part to manage the problem. But little to no support from SLeep Clinic. I am a retired APRN, and know this is unacceptable practice. I've queried staff multiple times how to effectively make request for Rx and they are "yes" people who really have no control over what happens. I've even spoken to a Manager before, and no improvements, worse if anything August 27, 2024 Again, I had to call the Patient Advocate to get my Rx. Same problem for 2 years. Some improvements were made by myself and clinician, but not upheld by clinic assistant who incorrectly read my Rx and declined to forward request for refill. Spent 2 weeks making calls and finally, got my Rx, even that was somewhat screwed up. So, the NP is doing the right thing, but noone supervising the rest of the team. NP then gaslights me for complaining about clinic. When I went for an appointment, I was told that my next annual check up would be with a different provider in a different section of the clinic. So, YAY, maybe things will improve from here.

Called the front office four weeks ago asked them for the fax and phone number. They gave me the information over the phone. I have been trying to call for an update but my call keeps getting disconnected. Was finally able to get through today and they told me they never got my release forms. Where did my release forms get sent??

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a doctors office. They could never seem to get anything right. I was trying to get an in clinic sleep study to see if I had sleep apnea. I originally tried to get my sleep study done in March of 2022. Come July of 2022, still no progress because this clinic doesn’t understand insurance. I needed to get a pre authorization for my primary insurance but they would consistently switch up my insurance after multiple phone calls trying to fix their mistake. On my final attempt to fix things they claimed that I had never told them I had two insurances even though multiple phone calls prior to this one, I had talked to others employees about both of my insurances. This was a horrible waste of my time and I finally was smart enough to drop this clinic and research a new one. Thankfully, this new hospital (not and inter mountain facility thankfully) is amazing and within a month of contacting them I already have had a sleep study done and figured out the issues I am having. If you can avoid this place please do so at all costs.

They really need to get their stuff together when it comes to sending emails with appointment confirmations. I’m happy to take this review down once they do. Im tired of the receptionists telling me I’ll get an email and then I never do. If you’re system is broken just say it.
