I finally got some helpful information there. For almost 3 years now, I’ve been guessing on what I do and how to use. This is pertaining to a c-pap machine? which has been a nightmare. Matt and John Leggit finally took the time to help me understand. I sure wish I would have known then, what I now know. Thanks guys.

Dr. Shauss is very knowledgeable. He has helped me to sleep better at night. It has improved my quality of life.

Not personable. I don't think I needed to go there. The gentleman I talked to I will call him the doctors shadow. Then the real Doctor came in for about I'll be nice and say 20 min. Select Health Value isn't a good insurance if your truly needing help.

Provider no showed my appointment, blaming a system issue, and rescheduled me a month out after I'd already waited two months for this visit. Wildly poor experience.

During Covid my appointments were by telephone conferences. This time I saw Scott Schauss in person. I’m very happy I did. At an in person appointment it was much easier to feel how caring and concerned he was about my health and questions. I felt very good about my appointment and the plan put in place for me. One of the office staff members was sick that day, but the other lady there was very good at helping me to schedule every thing. I needed to call back and ask a question about an hour later and the phone was answered quickly. It was a great experience.
