Great experience, slept better than I thought I would. Brett (technician) was excellent, explained everything well, friendly, professional, answered my questions and enjoyable to talk to. The scheduling department was very accommodating when I needed to change my appt times.
Brett was awesome from the time we got through the door. My kid had a study scheduled and he was very professional and down to earth. It was a good experience and my kid had fun in a study that’s not fun lol. Thank you.
Amazing experience. I was so apprehensive about the sleep study because sleep and I are not on friendly terms but Brett made the whole experience quite pleasant. I cant say it's something that I would want to do again, but if you need a sleep study I would highly recommend scheduling with Brett.
I was apprehensive about spending a night away from home. My technician was Brett and he was a consummate professional explaining everything and keeping me engaged to put me at ease. Bed was so comfortable I fell asleep right away and Brett dialed me in so quickly that I had an amazing nights sleep. Took a long time to get schedule, but well worth the wait
This was a horrible experience from start to not even a finish. We saw the sleep Dr at the beginning of January. They faxed the order over twice. When I talked to someone later to schedule they said they didn’t have the order and their fax machine doesn’t always work. FYI faxing is the primary route in medicine. After over 2 months , I was finally able to schedule an appointment for a month later. After waiting a month, I was called the day of the study and told they were overbooked and needed to reschedule. After that I was rescheduled 4 other times due to equipment issues. The 4th time we drove the 45 minutes to get there and then told that the software wasn’t right to run the equipment, but that they would come in an extra day so that we could meet our deadline. I was very clear from the beginning that I needed the test complete by July 1 because of insurance coverage. We drove up the day they told us to come, and nobody was there. So, add 3 hours of wasted time and gas money to my complaint. I still haven’t heard back from them and doubt I will. I should have scheduled with primary children’s from the start, but didn’t want to wait the required time it takes to get into them. And we’d meet our out of pocket max. Now we’re 6 months behind. Part of my decision, too, is that I work for an ENT group, I am a nurse with over 20 years of experience, and was trying to find quicker alternatives for our pediatric patients. I wanted to see how the actual test went, to see if they were good at that part. But I now don’t trust them to do any of it well. No way any of my patients will ever be referred here. Because of my professional background I am very understanding of the fact that things can happen but my experience shows something completely different. This was systematic incompetence.
