My husband interacts with Debra Rodriguez. She is an incredibly personable, highly skilled professional with a down-to-earth personality. We enjoy working with her. Cortney was very friendly and helped us check out and make another appointment.
I can't say enough about Dr. Ivester and Catherine. Also, the young lady that gets me set up. Jade, I believe. They are all the kindest people in health care I have ever met. The doctor is so kind and knowledgeable. He has an amazing ability to keep people calm just talking to you. I am terrified of any kind of procedure, and this doctor made it a cakewalk. From start to finish. It's just an absolutely amazing team. Thank you so much for all you guys do to make people's lives liveable again.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this place I called for the refer they said they sent 5 months ago. They never sent it had 6 different ppl call me and no one had any answers all 6 ppl suggested they would have tye dr call and guess what she didn't instead they had some other lady call and again no help no info i don't use my chart and have a writing record from the Dr showing she said that she would send the referral and didn't this office is crazy unorganized and canr seem to get there staff on the right page I've filed with the medical bord for the other issue
I can't say enough about how awesome they are at the Lung and Sleep Clinic! I had Influenza A in January, and it's left me requiring oxygen all the time. My primary care Dr referred me to the Lung and Sleep Clinic when my need for oxygen continued. (We need our oxygen level to be 90 or above. On room air mine drops in to the 80s.) I saw the nurse practitioner there, Debra. They did breathing tests, which are hard! And a chest xray. Everything came back, "normal!!" The one thing I really love about Debra was she anticipated my questions and answered them before I had chance to ask! She's amazing! She concluded that the flu had fired up my lungs and they weren't able to calm down. She prescribed 2 inhalers and Prednisone. I see her next month, hopefully not needing oxygen!
If I could give the place no stars I would horrible service I've waited months for a follow up appointment and the office canceled on me once again today then I call back today to find out that the office is closed until Monday ridiculous and once again being in pocatello that's the only place to go.
