Excellent service from the doctor and his staff. When I went for appointments, I was seen quickly. I have no complaints about the service they offered; I visited the office for about three years for follow-up appointments. I went to the US and was there for four years. When I returned, I made another appointment and they gave it to me quickly. I went once and didn't return, not because of the service, which is excellent. The problem is finding parking. The last time I went, it took me almost half an hour to find a spot. I have a disabled parking permit, and there are only two or three parking spaces in front of the building, and they're always full.
Terrible service and lack of communication. I called to make a medical appointment and they gave me a "pre-" appointment in two months to ask me some questions over the phone first. On the day of the appointment, I waited all day for them to call me back, and finally, when I called, they told me they had called me the day before and, since I didn't answer, they canceled it. To begin with, it wasn't even my appointment day. They called from an unknown number and didn't leave a message saying who they were or the reason for the call so I could get in touch. When I asked the woman to please reschedule me for the following week, she told me I would have to wait another three months. Which is ridiculous, because I was available on the day of my appointment. Eventually, I ended up going to the clinic about a year later on the referral of my internist, and the service was also terrible on the day of the study. They tell you to bring light food and arrive around 7 p.m. They took me to the room and at no point gave me any instructions about when I could eat. I sat waiting until about 10 pm, and then they came in to tell me they were going to prepare me for the study. This was delayed because I told them I was starving. Eventually, the study was done, and it's been a nightmare trying to get in touch with them by phone or email to pay the remaining balance and get my results. I've been following up with them for six months now. I do not recommend this place.
