The payment options are completely outdated, they seem like they're from 50 years ago. I didn't realize I had exact change, so I brought two $100 bills for a bill of $166.25. I offered him $200 and told him to keep the change, but he replied that he couldn't because "there are cameras in here." He only accepted $100 and told me I had to pay the balance when I picked up the exam. He gave me time to get the change, so I returned, and when I tried to give it to him, he refused to accept it, claiming again that he had already sealed the envelope and that "there are cameras in here." In the end, it all became an unnecessary hardship for the patient, while they continue to profit from millions of dollars.
Patients are scheduled for an appointment at 7:15, there's no staff, the door is closed. The first technologist arrived at 7:30, said, "I'll call you right now," and locked herself in the office, leaving all the patients standing in the hallway. You're supposed to come in for a sleep study; the stress of waiting and standing in a hallway must be contrary to what you're looking for. The second technologist arrived at 7:45. The process of collecting paperwork and payment from each patient on the day and time of the study is absurd and extremely annoying.
This office in San Juan is so clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and the service is outstanding. I recommend this location any day . Just moved here from Alaska and by the service has been great.
