Very clean place, nice and attentive staff.
You call a thousand times, and no one answers. I've been calling for half an hour to at least find out the office number. When I arrive, the counter staff is cracking jokes, dying of laughter. This informal atmosphere is so overwhelming. When I tell the girl about my discomfort, she displays an unprofessional attitude I've never seen before in a doctor's office. I have to pay in cash, and they don't have any change. Given her attitude, I argue that this isn't the best approach to a patient. I'm speechless at the lack of respect and politeness. We still have a lot to learn. It's sad beyond belief. Terrible service.

Dr. Luis A. De Jesús Vargas is an excellent doctor and an even better human being. He treats his patients excellently; you're not just another number or a piece of paper on a desk. He calls the patient by name in the waiting room and escorts you to the area where he'll see you. He personally examines you, taking your blood pressure, pulse, weight, etc. He explains everything very clearly. I wish many doctors were half as diligent as Dr. Vargas. Highly recommended.
I made an appointment for my sleep study since I started with them in 2008. I waited a while but now I have faith in my study to compare and adjust the pressures if necessary.
