My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday for his spinal infusion. The lady who checked my husband in she knew my name and knew his name also and for her to do that was so welcoming and it meant a lot to us both. It may seem like a small thing or that she was just doing her job but to me it meant so much. She was so kind and friendly and efficient. I can't remember her name I was a bit tired when we got there yesterday morning. The nurse Cierra who took my husbands vitals she was very kind, and professional, and friendly. She listened to us both speak and what we had to say. The nurse Alison who was his Infusion nurse she listened to us both and was very understanding of my husbands fears and did above and beyond to help him and cared. You can tell with this place that they listen and care about their patients and that they are comfortable and at ease from the start to the very end. We already scheduled his next infusion. It was nice to be listened to and cared about and I was so glad that he was shown such a high level of not only kindness, compassion, respect, and sympathy but also a high level of professionalism with everyone involved in my husbands infusion yesterday.
