Fantastic service they were very helpful and understanding and made me feel so so much better about my sleeping
The comfort they advertise and show, then the cubby they actually put me in. A sign on the door said masks recommended but no one working there wore a mask. Otherwise polite and professional, not particularly knowledgeable. Not a place I would choose again. Got me up and out of there at 5:30 AM without a cheerful good morning or a cup of coffee. It was 4° outside.
Slept for 2 hours with medication. Tech told me I needed to sleep longer. I went here because I can't sleep. Waste of my time and money.
Great experience. I only did an at home sleep study, but the customer service I received was beyond 5 stars. They even traveled to my work office to help me sign some papers that were missed since I couldn't leave. They are very great overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing sleep studies done.
