Edit: I see several Doctors at Eisenhower and none would recommend you. Look at your ratings. Would you eat in a restaurant that had 2.3 stars? Any finally you guys don't even work at it to do better. This place is a disaster. The reviews are not low enough. Scheduling is pathetic, staff doesn't know what to say. 6 1/2 before showing up we get a call to cancel for tonight. Next appointment is 5 weeks out. Poor communication and coordination. No need to respond as I've seen from other responses it's all BS. Eisenhower you have the ability to be really good but you are really bad.

First off, the staff is great, very professional. Unfortunately, other things are not the bed is a hospital bed with paper-thin sheets that itch for some reason. The bed is beyond uncomfortable. You could fill the frame on your back better off sleeping on the floor. At this point, I'll drive an hour to do a better sleep study test somewhere else that has a real bed.

I have had to drive to the sleep center twice to have a question answered because it is impossible to reach a person by telephone. Furthermore, the doctor I have been assigned has zero presence at this clinic so she is also impossible to reach. I also have tried twice placing an order through Apria for necessary supplies but Apria doesn’t have the required documentation from the clinic to fulfill my request. Yikes! Response to the response from the owner: Thanks for replying but sympathy doesn’t help. Sleep center patients have been experiencing the same problem for several years. Perhaps it’s time to DO something?

A frustrating experience to say the least trying to get appointments and/ or information. Agree with previous posters that no one answers the phone. Today in the course of one call with the same person I was told they didn’t have my referral and after I insisted they had it, they miraculously found it. (I was told four days ago they had it and someone would call me back to schedule me. That never happened.) May go to LA to get help as I have spent way too much time dealing with a very simple matter.

I recently had my sleep study there. I showed up at 9 p.m. and left at 7 a.m. Despite many negative reviews below, I had a positive experience. My assigned staff member was excellent - personal and professional. The facility was excellent - as homey as could be expected in a clinic (and each room has a private bathroom). Privacy was great but there was a bit of staff noise over the night that was distracting. It is difficult to sleep with all of the equipment/wires but that is just the nature of a sleep study. A personal item was accidentally left in the room and I had a call later that day reminding me to pick it up at the front desk. This review is not related to the front-desk service (average) and to post-study follow-up (TBA).
