Update I made a official complaint and logan health dose not care either. They support lieing to patience and cause them unnecessary pain. Milhime preformed surgery on me I am in extreme amount of pain he say it's normal. He didn't give me any other options with the special said they have. Melhime did tell me any of the risks just it will be good after. He lied. He did a surgery on me a special said he would have done it because it caused 12 to 18+ months of recovery and a extreme amount of pain. So Dr. Melhime dose not care about people he care about money and that all. Save you self the pain and suffering and go to a real hospital with doctors that care about people and not just getting rich and thinking they are the best.
I am very satisfied with the healthcare at Logan Health Shelby Clinic, the staff are polite and respectful and Molly Asper is a wonderful, caring person who has taken the time to address my health problems referring me to a specialist as needed. I feel like I have the best possible healthcare with Molly Asper.

What ruined the experience was grumpy old Bob at ER registration. He was frustrated (with me) because of the miscommunication that his own people caused. The lady next to him was kind enough to help out. I needed lab orders for the military. Bob refused to register me as a patient because they claimed I had no lab orders. Fortunately for me, someone from the lab showed up and clarified that there had been miscommunication regarding my lab order, and that Bob needed to go ahead and register me first. Why put grumpy Bob in the front desk if he can't handle the smallest hint of conflict without any effective means of resolving it, even though it was an internal miscommunication? You might as well outsource his job too. Stop employing dinosaurs who feel entitled enough to lash out at customers. If Bob can exclaim "Jesus Christ," which he did three times, he can also apologize. I was patient with your employee Bob and I addressed him as sir and with respect the entire time. Not even a simple apology from Bob for being short with me and treating me like a second rate citizen. Do better Logan Health, John Calangi
Dr. Lynch is the best practitioner I’ve meant. He’s EASY to talk to exceptional in his professionalism and amazingly KIND!! He’s everything a doctor should be it was my first time meeting him. I hope he considers teaching new doctors on how to interact with a patient. He actually listened to my concerns, and did a first rate assessment! I am a nurse and he put me at ease❤️
