Gupta Medical Center

Im.so tired of unreturned phone calls , call drops with no return.call. Can't wait for new enrollment because I will be choosing a new medical office. they herd people in like cattle have you all stand and have your blood pressure and oxygen levels at same time. not once in 2 years have I had a physical where I actual am treated like a real patient. no one listens to your heart your breathing with a Stethoscope or to your lungs for breathing look in your ears or your mouth. fully dressed never sit on examination table. its ridiculous !! they have Stethoscope hanging around theirs necks but ive never seen them use ones so apparently its just part of the costume. If you care about your health choose better as im going to in 2 weeks when I talk to health insurance agent. I had urinalysis called to make app because some numbers off and again today cant get through, its ridiculous..Run!! Failure to answer phone failure to call back patient when , labs come back with issues and they won't contact you to come for follow up etc... I have kidney infection and im at an urgent care because they couldn't even call me back today because I had to call them again to tell them i m not feeling well. So went urgent care in Hemet!! Thank God a caring facility ran like a real medical office , as i was brought in for vitals by myself not a herd of cattle. was weighed and taken to room for vitals without large group and than after directed to an exam room where a doctor entered and actu asked me to sit on examination table and listen.to my heart , my lungs, had me lay down and felt my abdomen. And YES HAVE A SEVERE UTI ... Thank God for this urgent care better than Dr. Gupta office ever treated me in the last 2 years. So Glad I will be going to a Great Medical Group in January in Hemet Far from this Authoritarian Medical office! Good Riddens!! also they take everyone in at once in hallway like cattle do your BP and weight and send you in room to sit FOREVER!! If I end up sick I have recorded of all my calls etc.. FAILURE T PROVIDE GOOD CARE! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 This medical Group does not like it when you advocate for your own health!

Love this place all Doctors are nice. Everybody in the office is nice and did everything they could out. I appreciate them so much for all they thank you Gupta medical team and doctors!!!!!!!

I’ve been with Dr Gupta for 10 years and using my CPAP machine every night for 6-7 hours. I feel so much more better now. I have energy to keep up with life. Very grateful for his office!

Dr Balu has been my doctor since I moved to Hemet around 4 years ago. The Gupta Medical Center staff are friendly and professional. Would and have recommended to anyone new to the area or looking for a new doctor/general practitioner.

The folks that attended me where polite and cheerful. The Dr took a bit longer than expected to see me but the overall experience was nice. FYI they have plenty of parking in the back
