Dr. Nadi is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician whose meticulous and step-wise approach to was very helpful to solve my mother’s sleep problems successfully. I strongly recommend her for anyone with sleep disorders!

For treating people with sleeping trouble it feels extra ironic that the technicians would spend all night chatting to each other about their day and life story, keeping the patients in the room next door from falling asleep.

I think they could give an orientation style introduction. I felt rushed with the experience, I was asked If I had any questions then they hooked me up. I didn’t get a consultation either. I wasn’t informed about the camera schedule upfront so I freaked out when I noticed a camera was in the room that I was undressed in. I think cameras shouldn’t be present in rooms until the other equipment is hooked up. I locked my room door and one of the techs was jiggling their keys as if they were going to open the door so I beat them to it. I woke up frequently because how many times the tech came in to adjust things. I drove there so they gave me what I thought was a free parking slip (I asked about validation the night before) but no I was shocked when I discovered it’s a coupon that took 16$ off of 20$ at the gate. The gate attendant wasn’t understanding about my response and told me she didn’t want to argue. I had more to say but I wanted to respect her wishes. She asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted to leave and I did so

The rooms were clean and the hospital was nice, but my experience was still bad enough to warrant one star. I was referred here because I have constant nerve pain that is interrupting my sleep, causing chronic fatigue. The doctor never saw me or spoke to me, and no one even asked about the problems I was having. They just scheduled me an overnight stay, hooked me up to some wires, told me to sleep in an uncomfortable position without moving, and then connected me to a CPAP machine. I told them that I wasn't here for sleep apnea, I was here because of nerve damage, and they said "We only test for sleep apnea." The CPAP machine didn't work! All it did was suck air out of my face whenever I tried to breathe in. I told the nurse multiple times that I wasn't getting enough oxygen (because of the machine) and she was not really intelligent - she thought I was telling her to pump oxygen into the tube, and I couldn't make her understand that the machine itself was suffocating me. After 3 hours of this torture, they said "congratulations! Your oxygen levels are low!" I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and written a prescription for a CPAP machine. No matter that they directly caused the low oxygen by smothering my breathing all night. No matter that I didn't actually sleep during the sleep study. Afterward, I was still never able to speak to the actual doctor. Now that I have a diagnosis of sleep apnea, other doctors are not taking my symptoms seriously. This place has literally screwed up my medical treatment in more ways than one.

Wow! What a great experience! As soon as I walked in, Sam the overnight sleep technician greeted me with a smile and a warm welcoming voice. I felt like I was having a consultation as soon as I walked in. It was a really relaxed and welcoming environment . The rooms were clean and nice, each room had their own temperature setting. They also provided breakfasts and lunch. Everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend coming here if you sleep to much or too little!
