Extremely rude staff, had no empathy or sympathy for my son and his sitution, After an EEG scan they denied giving me the raw data of the scan. I had to fight my way to talk to a manager who after two weeks of me calling "decided" they could release the raw data - for $100, and could "only" give it to me on a thumb drive...not via email...why? Because... Avoid this place if possible.
Dr. Pei Liu has done imagining on my uncle and diagnosed him with TBI from a car accident. My uncle’s personality and behavior has changed drastically and he’s aggressive and threatening to my aunt. He leaves all the water faucets on in the house and leaves the stove burners on because he’s forgetful and unaware at times. He had to stop working his little job he had and can’t attend church because his behavior is inappropriate yet this doctor tells my aunt to make sure he gets sleep, eats right, socialize, etc. yet he ignores the functional deficits that she has expressed to him, essentially ignoring how this is affecting my uncle. I’m disappointed that a doctor of his caliber doesn’t know how to help and he refuses to prescribe medication because he doesn’t think my uncle needs it. Well, doctor, if you don’t believe my aunt, please hear out the extended family and friends who are witnesses his slow deterioration.
Dr Liu is amazing. He was courteous, polite, friendly and helpful. The registration girls were friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Liu.👍
I thought all was lost and there wasn't going be any help for my headaches. I finally found help here with Sheila Anne Bobis. She listened to all of my concerns and frustrations with my migraines headaches. Sheila is such a nice and caring person. She works hard to find medication to help with my headaches. Her reassurance and positive attitude is so very appreciated. We are making progress I am happy to say. The staff listens and makes sure to get messages to Sheila when I need to see her. No more ER visits. I am so very thankful and grateful.
