The lady at the front was very rude and unprofessional first to an older gentleman who was saying questions and she rudely cut him off and told him to sign his name and just have a seat. Then i forgot my card and i was attempting to go online and get it and she was just rude saying she’s just gonna reschedule my 3 appointments. No, I’m good i rather go elsewhere. I left a message for my dr to refer me elsewhere and contacted my insurance to report how unprofessional she was. I didn’t even meet the Dr so i can’t comment on him. UPDATE: Although i didn’t want to go back there due to insurance reasons i had no choice. I have been back 3 times since my initial review. The Rude lady does not appear to be working on the sleep apnea side anymore. I had my consultation with Sam who was very nice, explained things well and was very outgoing. Then i had my sleep study and the tech i think her name was Vanessa she was also very nice and super knowledgeable, she explained everything to me step by step what she was doing and also explained how sleep apnea works. I then went back for results and then another sleep study. I don’t recall the names of the two that assisted me but they were polite and i had no issues. I had no complaints after my initial incident. The office could use some renovation. It seems outdated but it was clean. I don’t recall how comfortable the beds were because i took sleep aid and was out. I am updating my stars from a 1 to a 3 only for my subsequent visits.
I had my sleep study and the three workers where amazing great service, specially Astrid madee feel comfortable and safe. Rooms and office clean. They offer coffee taste really good .
I just called to ask how much for a test and receptionist said "well, for what?", I said a sleep apnea test. She snapped with "we don't take cash payments HONEY!!!". SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Rude, how do people keep jobs with that attitude?
I went here last yesterday and it was not bad. The room was nice bathroom next to room. It’s crazy they hook you up to so many Wired’s it’s not even funny. But I was happy to get my results back. The staff was very nice. And talkative. The night time lady who hooks everything up for me in room 1 was very nice. Super nice and talkative.
