Person who picked up the phone a woman was extremely rude in her tone and the way she spoke. Not sure why. And than she hung up in my face without saying goodbye or have a good day. But that doesn’t matter, I needed questions answered because I’m a patient that needs help and they weren’t answered because she abruptly hung up randomly. I tried calling back twice and it went to voicemail but I couldn’t even leave a voice message because the inbox is full. If you can go to a different doctor I highly recommend you do, to not have to deal with frustration of being treated like that or having to deal with other set backs.
More than great. She is excellent! Dr. Sazon is a doctor that all doctors should emulate. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every single way. She goes out of her way to listen and educate. I have never met a doctor with such a great attitude and penchant for helping their patients. I am so very, very grateful to her and her staff for helping me get situated. I left her office feeling like I was in good hands. If you are having sleep issues, please see Dr. Sason. She is the best in town! Thanks a MILLION!!!!!!!!
