I almost never leave reviews, let alone negative ones. But I want people to see this so they know what kind of treatment they will receive. When Dr. Farnsworth showed up after a rather long wait, he had a problem controlling his speaking voice's volume, but that's not what I am complaining about. Do NOT visit Dr. Farnsworth if you weigh more than the medically-deemed average. I came in for a test due to suspected nerve damage on my right thigh, since I was a basketball player in high school and got hit there a lot. He told me to lose weight (the injury happened when I weighed more, and did not get better when I lost weight, WHICH I TOLD HIM. I also have PCOS and struggle to lose weight, but otherwise have normal labs, for context), and then had the gall to put in my chart after he ordered a test I did, and I quote, "seeing the forest through the trees, she is still overweight" when the test was deemed inconclusive. This severe lack of bedside manner is exactly why people who need care don't go to the doctor. What kind of person would write down such a thing for someone, let alone one you have the responsibility of treating? William Farnsworth, that's who.

Saw the recent reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. Called with some basic questions and the girl on the phone was so rude made me decide to find someone else. If that’s how they treat people before they are patients, I don’t want to experience how they treat those who are.

After nearly a decade of navigating chronic health issues and seeing numerous physicians, Dr. Nielson stands out as a true gem in the medical field. From the moment I met her, it was clear that Dr. Nielson is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to every detail of her patients’ health. Unlike other physicians who had overlooked or dismissed my concerns, Dr. Nielson took immediate action. For example, she was the first to notice my abnormal pupil dilation and the first to genuinely consider my concerns about low vitamin levels. She didn't just listen—she acted, ensuring that all necessary tests were ordered and prior authorizations were swiftly approved. One of the most remarkable aspects of my experience was how quickly Dr. Nielson identified that I had been clenching my jaw—something no other doctor (with the exception of my dentist) had even noticed! It was astounding to witness her keen diagnostic skills in action. Her intelligence and thoroughness are truly second to none. In addition to her impressive expertise, Dr. Nielson's approach to patient care is exceptional. She treats every concern with the utmost importance and follows through to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. After months of feeling neglected by other providers, it was a huge relief to finally have someone who took my health seriously and made sure that everything—from testing to authorizations—was handled properly. If you're looking for a neurologist who is both brilliant and compassionate, look no further than Dr. Nielson. She is, without a doubt, one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. The staff that makes appointments have NO idea what they are doing. First I am told one thing then I am told the opposite. Rescheduled and they messed up the exact same was they did last time except I was told everything was all set. 3 hours later a call from a different person saying the exact opposite so appointment is canceled again. I will be filling an official complaint with my insurance. I did not need to know how many different mistakes could be made by one office. I have lost count. Best of luck getting care here.
