Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. The sleep technician was rude, hurt my 6 year old multiple times and tried to justify it. Ran in the room while my child was asking ME for the remote and felt inclined to tell him to be patient when he wasn’t even speaking to her and in depth on it. She’s been there 25 years and should absolutely find a new profession. Left all stickers on child. ST ALS DOES 1000000% better. We’ve had two done there and I’d never return to this facility. If you care about your child, accuracy and bedside manner, stay away from here. They sway the results to fit their narrative. Absolutely disgusted of this facility, and question how they employee people of her kind. Stay away, go to St Al’s!!!!!
