⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to Pacific Pulmonary Medical Group twice, and both times Yessica helped me at the front desk. She was welcoming, patient, and made the check-in process really easy each time. During my visit Dr. Alexander took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. When I came with my grandma for her test, our RT Matt was incredibly kind and patient with her, especially when she had to redo parts of the test. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been professional, caring and easy to talk to.
I have had phenomenal treatment in this clinic from first making phone calls for information to making appointments for follow ups the front desk staff Handledall of my inquiries efficiently. Matt’s function test was excellent. While waiting for the doctor I worked with Anaya who was kind, Especially answering my questions. And, of course, Dr. Ghazarian is the best. He has been attentive … listening to me carefully and focused on my pulmonary needs from the day I met him at the hospital in December 2024 through all of my follow up appointments. This is an Exceptional clinic. medical. It’s probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced.
My visit started off on a 5-star note thanks to Anaya. She handled my initial assessment and vitals, and she was absolutely fantastic-caring, professional, and thorough. Unfortunately, the experience with Dr. Peter Alexander was the complete opposite. The appointment was so rushed that it felt like an interrogation rather than a healthcare consultation. He moved quickly through his list of questions, but there was no pause or opening for me to ask about my own health concerns. As a patient, we need to feel heard by the doctors to have confidence in their care. I left this appointment feeling like a task on a checklist, not a patient.
