Go and pay my co pay only to be notified my insurance would not cover all of it after services were rendered. Don't get be wrong, the diagnosis was too notch (being sarcastic)...they told me I had neuropathy, which was the reason I went there in first place. Didn't get a great feeling when I left and even less now that I know they seem a bit shady in their billing practices. Welcome to every medical provider nowadays
The employees at the reception area are very unprofessional. Never call back, never communicate about the appointment process and payments. Dr. Shadi was nice tho.
The receptionist is extremely rude and has a hostile attitude. They’re impossible to get a hold of as no one answers the phone. I was hung up on several times because I asked her if she could fix her attitude and tone when speaking with a patient. I am a nurse myself and her professionalism is a 0. I will be asking my physician to refer me elsewhere.
1 star is not for the doctor but the administration. It is so frustratingly difficult to get in contact with the office. Mon-Thu they’re only open 9-4 with a 1.5 hour break in the middle of the day, and Friday they’re open for 3 hours. So there’s basically like 5 hours in the day that you can call them and then if you use the routing to go directly to the office you can only leave a message. Tried multiple times and I don’t think they answer that line. Press 0 to go for operator and you can be on hold for a while, which is fine as most offices have a hold line, but the entire time it’s the same message repeated every 15 seconds. It drives me insane every time I have to call. I can also agree with other reviews that the receptionist has a bad attitude. Doctor and care have been great so far.
I did a sleep study here. The experience was great. I would suggest ether bringing your own ear plus or getting some from the attendant because there's always someone that wants to talk in a loud voice. I was right, older lady was having a loud conversation, but I got to eventually sleep.
