I am deeply dissatisfied with Dr. Bruce's office due to unresponsiveness to my calls about my sleep apnea concerns. Additionally, my request to review my medical chart with a professional was ignored. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient communication is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I urge the office to improve their responsiveness and address these issues promptly. If you have experienced visiting this medical facility and yet they have not gone over your medical records with you, I urge you to reach out to the California Department of Public Health and file a complaint for a HIPAA violation. My comment has been deleted several times because I specifically mentioned the doctor. I will not stop commenting until they address this issue with Dr. Bruce at Mission Viejo Heritage Hospital.

Only go here if you can sleep, the follow up is zero, the people are nice when you can talk to them, but dont try to find out what your sleep test results are, no follow up, and dont try to find out what your breath test is, again, no follow up, Providence should make this office take that name off, this is the only office that I have had issues with. Go anywhere but here. JMHO.

I had a very positive experience this weekend (8/18/23). Jesse was my technician and he helped me through the process. His detailed explanation of each step and the equipment used throughout the sleep study was quite helpful. The facilities were very clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was able to adjust the temperature of my room to a comfortable level with a fan in the room. For someone who always has a fan on while sleeping, this was very appreciated. I would recommend this group to anyone having issues with sleep apnea.

Beware. You'll never see or hear from this doctor after spending $1400 for a sleep study. His office sets you up for CPAP prescriptions and a constant revenue stream they their DME provider. I have left 5 messages for their staff to call me back. Never got a call back. We're at 4 weeks post sleep study. But guess what?? I was able to get a call back immediately when I said I wanted to make a new sleep study appointment. Anything that brings in new money. And yes they're ready to get my rental money for a new CPAP machine. Dr Tammelin this is the worst 1400 bucks I have ever spent.

Leaving a personal review based on the experience that I had with Mission Sleep Center. My dad has sleep apnea and his condition was pretty severe. This facility started off with a great and positive consultation that had my dad and I feel comfortable with the process. They provided me with sleep apnea test and the process really allowed him to sleep better at night. I think the best part about this facility was the staff. They were all very polite and friendly. Highly recommended center.
