Although part of Logan Health, not always my fav, my husband's experience with the Sleep Lab itself couldn't have gone better. We were able to get him scheduled for an in-lab appointment right away partly because our insurance didn't require a pre-authorization & his availability was like 'Gumby' but also because they were on top of calling us when an opportunity arose to be bumped up. The night techs were personable, informative but didn't overwhelm him with information, and made an unfamiliar 'procedure' feel less anxious. . .seemingly similar to a basic overnight hotel stay but with wires hooked to you. The end result. . .an overall pleasant experience for what could've been miserable. My husband even felt refreshed in the morning.

This place called to cancel an appointment I’ve been waiting for, 2 days before it due to staffing issues. how are you treating your staff if they quit within such short notice? not looking forward to interacting with them in person when i’m finally taken off their waiting list. let’s see if they actually call back because the rest of Logan Health system doesn’t! update: Mary called me the day after she canceled my appointment with no potential for rescheduling to come in for my sleep study. this is incredibly unprofessional! appointments exist for a reason! i can’t drop everything to come in when they decide they have enough staff for my sleep study day by day. schedule me an appointment so i can plan ahead like all the other drs i see do. update #2: Called today and Mary was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t explain any of the procedures they use so I asked for her supervisor and she said she could give him my number as he wasn’t available today but I declined and asked for his number to call personally because I had a feeling she wasn’t going to pass the number on or the supervisor just wouldn’t call me. Sure enough when I called the number provided, Joe, her supervisor answered, and actually explained to me what’s going on and how the process is going right now and we were able to come up with a solution that works for both of us. She told me he was new and I believe this was an attempt to undermine him and me but he was more professional and knowledgeable than she was so I don’t see why she felt the need to say that. I am really hoping they find more techs that, unlike Mary, know how to address concerns by explaining the processes instead of just saying that’s how it is and work to find a solution instead of just rushing to end the phone call. Of course people are going to react badly to that sort of language and attitude, they need to know why these things are happening to them. Our health is suffering, not yours and you’re getting paid to help me. You’re not getting paid to act like a parent scolding a child for not understanding processes you don’t even explain.

AFTER i arrived i was told i wont be hooked up to a cpap( which i cronicaly need!!) because they only have 2 for the 4 patients attending that night!!! What the heck??? They could’ve asked me to bring mine!! This is the first place ive been to thats under supplied!! And it was sooo NOISEY!!! that it took me hours to fall asleep! Employees talking loud and laughing, doors and cabinets slamming!! I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!! ☹️

Beware of the unethical billing practices at KRH. I have had payment arrangements for almost a year and every month I have to deal with harassing phone calls where the billing department tells me I don’t have a payment arrangement made despite having one or they tell me I’ve broken my arrangement by not making my payment despite making my payment in full before the due date. They have told me that breaking a payment arrangement or not having an arrangement will result in being turned over to collections. Today they added a do not call note to my account because I was rude about the harassing calls. This means that next month when they falsely believe I have “broken my promise to pay arrangement,” they will according to their policy they could turn me over to collections. I spoke to a supervisor last month who told me i wouldn’t have to worry about these calls anymore because he would take care of it. They called again today. I am at the end of my rope!!
