Ontario Sleep Clinic

My experience at the sleep clinic Friday night was very positive. The staff were all very professional and courteous. My attendant clearly and thoroughly explained the procedure. I was made to feel very comfortable and given the pleasant manner of my attendant experienced no stress whatsoever.

Amazing place, staff was friendly, informative and all around nice! I did my sleep study there and the technician who was Arsh was great! He explained what he was doing and all the little details about what they would do. I did have a severe nightmare from PTSD about being set on fire from BACK IN THE 90S and he was calm and helped me through it and calmed me down. The whole staff were amazing!

I had a very poor experience. While the clinic itself was clean, the staff did a poor job of explaining what to expect from the study and how things would go. During the overnight portion, staff were operating a paper shredder, the microwave and many other loud appliances that made it difficult for anyone to sleep through which likely affected mine along with many other patients results. Additionally, they very rarely checked in to see how were doing during the study. I had to reach out to the clinic to get my results - though they say to expect them within 6-8 weeks, I was pushing 10 weeks when I finally called the clinic and asked them to book an appointment for my follow-up. During my follow-up, it was evident the staff completely ignored any concerns I'd had going into the study and made assumptions about my well-being based on my results. When I asked for clarification about how best to address my symptoms, the staff member indicated that they had no knowledge of anything prior to my study despite asking for lengthy clarification and insight in 5 pages of documentation you're asked to fill out prior to your study. I am now forced to repeat a sleep study at a different clinic as this experience provided me with no discernible results. Would not recommend this clinic.

This place is difficult to find and the instructions on the booking email are unclear. This correct door to enter is the one towards Landmark Cinema. The staff here are very helpful and the place is very clean. Special mention to Arsh Virk who was exceptionally helpful.

My first visit was good was told by the young Lady what she was doing every step of the way which put my mind at ease . The second visit was very interesting as I had to wear a mask hooked up to a breathing device slept ok but had to tell the twice that the mask I was wearing was not doing anything but whispering sweet nothing’s in my ears. So now just waiting for the doctor to call me with an appointment to bring in my breathing machine to get calibrated so I will get a good night sleep..
