It should be O star, not even 1 star Terrible terrible phone manner, no customer service what so ever. That person refused to give her name. She knows she's not doing a good job.

First, the doctor does speak English. He's not white, but speaks English. Can we agree that non-white people can speak English? Also, I'm writing this review because I actually recognize one of the reviewers here and can give some insight on an incident I witnessed a while back. This person was causing a huge scene because the doctor wouldn't give him the prescription for an opiod pain medication. I get that addictions are painful, and if you see this, I have the utmost sympathy for you. I hope you got the help you needed.

Dr. Kim should not be practicing medicine, especially on children and babies. One star is generous. I was continuously talk over and told I was rude, when I was just trying to portray my child's symptoms. I told him that my baby has seizures and he didn't believe me. He asked me to show him myself and reenact a whole seizure. My child has had diagnosed seizures before, so I know what seizures look like. Ironic how the clinic is named Good Night Sleep because after going here I'm not getting good sleep and Dr. Kim doesn't even deserve it.

Stay away from this clinic! Very suspicious and unprofessional (which I should have understood from other reviews, and the strange website, only in Korean and none of the links work...) My daughter urgently needed an EEG to check for seizures. The staff reassured me several times that they take my insurance (BCBS, PPO), they performed the testing, and they had an appointment for EEG available, but that I could not book it until I had sent in my prescribing doctor's order and insurance authorization. After spending a day and a half on gathering the necessary paperwork and faxing it over at midday, the clinic calls me 15 minutes before closing (4:45pm) on a Friday (appointment was supposed to be following Monday am) and tells me that the doctor now doesn't take the insurance, after all! It took them almost two days to come to this conclusion! By now, it was too late to find another clinic before the weekend, and to contact my referring doctor's office to start the cumbersome paperwork all over again... They showed no compassion at all when I expressed my concern that my daughter might have seizures. All they could do was blame the mishap on their colleagues, with an "oh, well" attitude. This seems to be a doctor who cherry-picks his patients. I guess a one-time EEG test on an out-of-town girl wasn't interesting—he's looking for long-term patients with sleep issues who can make a lot of money... Stay away from this clinic!
