Did my routing breast cancer screening scan here. The appointment started right on time, the nurse is super nice and skillful. In 15 mins I am done, no pain. Most painless breast scan I ever did
Some doctors are great but some are not. My jewelry was stolen when I was hospitalized and each department points the finger at someone else. I had a brutal asthma and they told me that they needed the bed and sent me out when I wasn’t lucid. A security guard found me wandering in the back by the dumpsters and just brought me to the street. It was midnight. My friend found me down the street. I shouldn’t have been sent out at that point. A nurse prescribed me prostate medicine to help me sleep! I don’t have a prostate and can’t imagine it’s related to sleep. It made me feel terrible.
I drove 2 hours to come out this location for the “headache specialist” Dr. Sonja Potrebic. I waited 90 mins and they send a resident training trying to examine and get all the history so Dr. Potrebic could come up with a treatment plan together? Supposedly this is common and they do it all the time? I have never been to any doctor visit like this, terrible!! What a waste of time!
Staff is friendly and nice, and the building is new and fresh. But that’s all what is good, every time when I’m visiting pediatrician with my toddler they’re some kind of joke, I’m usually coming 20 min. Before appointment and then I’m waiting for my time and then extra 30-90!!! Min! After my appointment suppose to begin. Also I see other parents with kids coming later than I am, and they going to the office and I’m still waiting. Sometimes I think that my child have a wrong surname or something. All the smiles and nice attitude of staff just getting killed by waiting time!
Don’t come see Dr Naravvo, she is incompetent and just plain mean. The on call night doctor was worse, a horrible person and did not act on standard of care. The nursing staff wasn’t much better, they were indifferent to your well being and just not that good at their job. Avoid Kaiser and just go to Hollywood Press instead. It’s not a good place for healthcare.
