Dr. Norman was recommended by my primary physician. Dr. Norman was incredibly thorough and made me feel very comfortable with his suggestions, recommendations, and treatment plan. Equally important to me, he seeks like a really nice person!

Jalinda is amazing. Front desk is nice. The problem is the in-office sleep study scheduling. Time flies and I realized I never heard from them..6 weeks later I call for an appointment and told I should have called them to schedule, they are "busy, doing the best they can"... Nope, that show either laziness or incompetence. I am busy too but they are providing the service. Not happy and need to speak to my doctor about going somewhere else. Nothing like a medical provider employee not caring about patients... They should work in a different industry.

Dr. Norman’s staff is courteous, considerate, professional, and highly competent, which is a rarity these days. Dr. Norman himself has a gentle bedside manner, real listening skills and extensive expertise. He communicates with care and precision, offering options and solutions. I left his office very impressed, feeling understood and attended to.

Dr Norman is brilliant, kind, empathic and caring. He is the ultimate in a fabulous physician. As a fellow physician, it is a pleasure to see such a terrific doctor’s office! In addition, the staff in the office are wonderful—professional and friendly, including the office support and sleep lab technicians. What a wonderful sleep center.

The good news is that the desk staff is very pleasant. The bad news is that I had to wait 45 minutes to see Dr Norman and he raced through my consultation like he had a hot date waiting in a bar! I'm almost 94 and still have my wits about me, but have never, ever, experienced the abruptness and lack of civility and compassion I did with Dr. N. If you are looking for a considerate and patient medical experience, go elsewhere.
