Horrible lady who answers and schedules cause I live in Fresno County yet medi-cal happened to assign me to a pcp in tulare County this is the only doctor specialist who says they won't schedule because of where my physical address is it's a complete waste of time and you guys shouldn't be licensed to operate I'm 24 years old suffering from a stroke and a chronic lung disease which I needed to be seen because I can't swallow any food you shouldn't have wasted my time 3 weeks ago my authorization was approved and even calviva Medical called you guys to try and see why you wouldn't schedule me no wonder your office has horrible reviews you clearly don't care about your patients so to be honest I am kinda glad I am not seeing you Dr Smith you probably shouldn't be a doctor I'm guessing you don't have a lot of knowledge about ears nose and throat anyway good riddance don't waste your time with these people

Horrible don't even bother calling for an appointment they discriminate based on your home address regardless of what your insurance card says and approves absolutely wasted a month and a half of my time on this garbage place they call a doctors office

My wife was referred to him for possible sleep apnea. She saw the Dr for 5 minutes and went in overnight sleep study. She was told by the office they would call when the results were ready. After repeated calls to the office the response was always the same. After a couple of months a medical supply company tried to deliver equipment. Still no diagnosis or call from the doctor. She has continued to have issues but after this horrible experience she won't go see another ENT. It has been 4 years and still nothing from Dr Smith. If you want to get help please go elsewhere.

This guy must have all he can handle, I have the worst earache I have had in my life I had been to urgent care they diagnosed infected ear gave me anti biotics my doc said everything looks good so I needed someone that knew about the ear issue all I got from them was lame excuses why they could not see me. Do not bother these people they do not have time for you.

I was referred here through the military (active duty) back in 2020. I went in for an appointment and was told I need to have surgery on my deviated septum, this would be my third surgery on the same thing. I have called quarterly for the past three years and the extremely rude staff says I’m next on the list for their scheduling. I’ve already moved out of state so the surgery isn’t happening. If this man is too busy, tired or just doesn’t want to do his job, he should refer his patients to some one else. I will be notifying tricare of his poor service, communication and treatment as this has been completely unacceptable.
