It is an amazing place and Dr. Villalobos is the best! I've been battling insomnia for more than a decade and with his help I am sleeping better than ever. He is kind, patient and takes his time to listen and to explain. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with insomnia.

I was very grateful for the wonderful clinician that I had. I was very nervous about the sleep study but satinder was so warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had no idea what to expect but things went surprisingly well. When you went to the restroom you do have to take a control panel with you I felt so bad for all the times I had to get up to go to the restroom (the clinician had to come in everytime to unhook me) but she told me she was here for me and anything that I needed and not to worry. Theres a microphone in the room and a call button so you could either call out or press the button if you needed anything. The rooms are also very nice and there is a little kitchen area and showers which are also very nice. Of course when you're not in your own bed it can be hard to fall asleep/get comfortable and I have a very unique setup in my room but still over all it was a good experience. I can't express how accommodating satinder was for me. Thank you Satinder!!

The clinic was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and professional, which helped make the overnight PSG and next-day MSLT more comfortable. The environment was on the colder side (below 20°C). While I understand cooler temperatures are optimal for sleep, it felt a bit too chilly during the daytime naps. The staff did adjust the heat when I asked, which I appreciated. The lounge and kitchenette are basic but adequate — I was glad I brought my own utensils and salt/pepper. The bed itself was comfortable enough with a firm mattress, but I’d recommend bringing your own pillow as the provided ones were thin and flimsy. Overall, a positive experience with only minor comfort issues.

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Jair Villalobos and the incredible care he has given me. When I first came to him, I was struggling deeply with sleep issues that felt impossible to overcome. His expertise, compassion, and personalized approach completely changed my life. I learned that fear of sleeplessness /staying awake/sleep anxiety were the real causes for insomnia and once I addressed those with Dr. Villalobos’ guidance, true healing became possible. Dr. Villalobos not only guided me with practical tools and strategies but also gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed to heal. He always listened with patience and genuine care, making me feel understood and supported every step of the way. Thanks to him, I am now healed and enjoying natural, restful sleep again — something I never thought I’d say! If you are struggling with sleep or behavioral health, I cannot recommend Dr. Villalobos enough. He is truly an exceptional specialist who goes above and beyond for his patients. Had a fantastic experience. I have been to different clinics around Calgary but this by far was the most comprehensive. This clinic didnt feel like it was selling me anything like others and they are so organized with all of their materials - it’s quite impressive. Im having the best sleep Ive had since 10 years ago. I now have an awesome set of physical, behavioural, and mental practices which I really trust.
