My experience is more or less the same as the last poster, except the supervising doctor was Doctor Bhatti - not Campbell - and I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child. After a solid one-hour meeting with the resident, Dr. Singh, Dr. Bhatti came in and told me I “wasn’t a good fit” for their office and “had a lot going on.” No shit - that’s why I went to a psychiatrist. At 42 years old, with one of my parents dead over 22 years and one a complete narcissist, he wanted to call mommy and daddy to verify my childhood mental health history. Like, what? Long story short, my application for a job as a patient at their office was rejected, and it was mortifying. Good riddance. Huge waste of time. And please don’t post telling me you take reviews seriously or whatever canned response. If you care, just have Dr. Bhatti apologize, or have your doctors move differently in the future.

My first appointment was scheduled a month and a half out, cancelled without notice, and rescheduled for two days later. I met with a doctor (I can't recall his name) and went over my history, diagnoses of chronic depression and ADHD, related medications, and past treatments for about an hour and a half. He listened, asked relevant questions, and seemed understanding and sympathetic of my situation. He then spoke with Dr. Campbell, who came in to discuss a treatment plan with me. He was completely dismissive of my ADHD diagnosis, saying that it is unlikely to be diagnosed so late in life (I was diagnosed at 39 after researching it for my son's diagnosis, and have found to be quite common in women as it displays differently than the typical hyperactivity seen in boys), that children always do poorly in school unless they're "really smart" (I was in GATE until high school, when I started doing incredibly poorly due to symptoms of ADHD and depression), and that my prescribed use of Adderall was excessive. He did not address my depression specifically, which was the entire reason for my visit, and instead suggested I stop drinking energy drinks (I'm aware they are unhealthy but doubt that they are causing a condition that predates their use by a decade). I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and completely deflated. I would not trust Dr. Campbell with my mental health in any capacity and will not be returning.

This office is super unprofessional. Dr Krause has failed to properly respond to my son's Drs referral taking months to get back to us and then calling and asking the same questions that were asked at the first intake. This team is looking for ways to say no. They are not looking for ways to help the community. This like a lot of other offices are a bunch of training Drs and they do not have experience to work independently. This is a standard example of the poor mental healthcare that available to people in and around Fresno. If your looking to work with someone with a PhD stay away from this slow unprofessional office.

Terrible experience here. Inexperienced residents who have zero life experience with which to draw empathy. Maybe good for pediatric patients? Definitely do not recommend for adults if mental health is your primary issue as they will refuse to manage your disability and leave you without income. I was told that my issues did not warrant disability even though I was referred with a dx of cPTSD and have been a patient for nearly 5 months after an acute hospitalization. Not sure how that supports good mental health especially as I am returning to work full time imminently. Major let down as I’m now unable to pay mortgage, COBRA health insurance, and car payment for a full month and am left without income for two full months. I was told by the doc to try borrowing from family or friends. Not sure how this is even ethical. I have worked my entire adult life, have paid in to disability, and it is MY earned benefit while I’m unable to work. My specific doc was Yazdi-Nejad but residents probably cycle through clinic fairly quickly so even long term treatment is not reliable. Maybe just use them for medication management only as the therapy is definitively un-therapeutic. I’m absolutely flabbergasted that a doctor acts as if treatment and healing happens in a vacuum where the rest of life doesn’t exist. It’s problematic when it seems that you only exist to them as a NPC in their exam room. Honestly, very dehumanizing treatment.

I have been in therapy most of my adult life. I have seen counselors, psychologists, priests, pastors, psychiatrists, rebirthing etc. I know a good therapist. I have been with UCSF psychiatry for years and have had 6 different doctors who are overseen by Dr. Campbell. Each doctor was excellent. I was finally diagnosed correctly for the first time in my life. One psychiatrist told me I could be completely healed and healthy. No one in all my years of therapy ever told me this. I guess the best thing about their services is that my quality of life has improved so much. The staff is caring, patient and professional. Lisa and Andrew couldn’t be better. For those with complaints you can request another doctor if you choose. As far as billing, I think that is a matter of Community Hospital which can be a bear. I just pay up front which has always been their policy. Love this place. I would highly recommend. You will get better.
