If you’re a single parent or your significant other works/no baby sitter. Don’t come here. I just found out today at 31 weeks that they don’t allow children at their office which baffles me for women with no support system. My husband just so happened to get called into work today not to mention it takes MONTHS to get scheduled here. I brought my 3 year old in with me; who’s extremely well behaved if I I might add. They denied to let me be see for my last growth appointment which sucks because I’m HIGH RISK. I had no prior knowledge that children aren’t allowed, it’s just kindve funny to me cause how is that.. were mothers… lol and guess when they’re next availability was? 😂 in a month, dang near a couple weeks before I’m 40 weeks. Which is laughable because I know dang well baby will be here before then. IN ADDITION TO IT ALL. My doctor down stairs STILL hasn’t received my growth ultrasound that was done in August.. it’s October. So I guess there’s no point of the ultrasounds to begin with since my doctor don’t review them with me anyhow.

Like many other reviewers, the wait time is absurd. I’m always on time or early to appointments and I’ve had the same experience here for all of my pregnancies - 30 min to sometimes over an hour long wait just to get an ultrasound. They haven’t changed. They keep saying it’s because they are understaffed, but that’s been the case for several years. I’m so tired of having to set aside over 2 hours for these appointments. Other than that, I’ve had good experiences with the ultrasound techs - that’s the one positive.

Had a 3:30 appointment and didn’t get seen till after 5pm. They told me the people who had appointments before mine ran late and they were sorry. I get things happen but it’s not fair when I come on time of not a little early and I have to wait. I feel if those people were late they should wait too it’s only fair for everyone’s time. Waiting an hour and half is crazy. That would not be okay if the tables were turned, they would’ve canceled my appointment if I was even 10-15 mins late. I would go somewhere else if anyone is reading this. I’m due in a couple weeks that I’m just wanting to get through it at this point. No reason to go anywhere else being so far along

If you get referred to this clinic RUN!!! I have had the worst possible experience with this clinic from call center to receptionists to MAs to Dr. Morgan himself. The only good experience I’ve had has been the ultrasound techs. First off getting someone to answer the phone before calling 5-10 times good luck, I don’t even know what the doctor looks like because the only appointment I’ve been scheduled for they left me in a room for 3hrs!!! (I’m not exaggerating) and the doctor never came in to see me I walked out of there. After this experience I asked my primary to refer me somewhere else but she said I had to wait for the doctors sign the release form (this was over 2 months ago they still haven’t signed it). I’m also supposed to be seeing the diabetic center every week but the haven’t signed off on that referral either (it’s been over 3 months) therefore because I haven’t had the proper care my baby has health issues. Never had an issue ever with my visits until my last visit. Macie did my ultrasound and put in zero effort to even try to get a 3D ultrasound of my baby. The other girls will always try their best, have patience and get a decent photo. All she did was tried to shake my belly really quick. I asked if I can move positions really quick as obviously I know what positions to move to have my baby move and her comment was “We can’t be here all day just trying to get you a picture.” Obviously I know that girl, ain’t no one saying we going to be here all day. She didn’t even take 1 minute to try or gave me the chance to. Thankfully and hopefully this is my last ultrasound. If I had to do another I would definitely request for a different ultrasound tech. Booked an appointment with peek a baby right after my visit as I was so disappointed with her care of service. They were able to get pictures of my baby within minutes cause they actually cared and put in effort even let me positioned myself for it when asked. Never ever had I ever experience such a careless ultrasound tech here at inspire health. Definitely requesting for a different tech if I ever see her face calling my name.
