Worst experience!!!! Had hand and arm surgery, filed for temp disability. Was told by Lupe that they had 10 business days to process it. They couldn't do it online, their office is still in the stone age. two weeks later I was told to come pick up ( mind you, it takes two weeks to process with EDD) and drive to the outskirts of fresno ( total 30 miles from home to office to edd office) was told by the docs office that i needed to pay them 35.00 processing fee. Then at my follow up appt after surgery, was told my Dr. Was no longer with their practice. My wound opened up and instead off stitching me up at the office they had me go to clovis community ER for a 5 hour process that too minutes me. I then found my dr.s new practice and left but was still trying to get my leave of absence paper work completed by their office. They called me 1 month later to tell me the paper work was ready for pick up. When I got there they had the dates wrong. Receptionist went to Lupe the processor, came back and stated I would have to pay 70.00 for the two copies. First of all why would I need two copies and why would i pay them for a job that they should already be doing. I spoke with Lupe via phone once and she was argumentative unprofessional. (and a basically told me tough luck). If anyone who is having surgery and needs their disability in a timely manner do not go to this practice if anyone needs a practice that communicates with them clearly do not go to this practice. By the way i told them they would not be getting my $70 and I got my leave of absence paperwork resolved through my doctor's new office.

They are horrible with paperwork. They are not the ones waiting for disability check to kick in so it's not urgent for them. If the coordinator hadn't been sitting on the paperwork, it would've been done already but now we have to wait for the doctor to return from vacation. It is not 10 days return time as they claim and are now saying it's 10-14 days. RIDICULOUS!

Dr. Nazarian is wonderful as well as his staff that works with him. However, I am giving this low rating due to the service that is given when we call the office. At first before my mom got her surgery everything was going good. However after the surgery it was another story. We would call and ask to speak with Dr. Nazarian so someone from his staff because my ran out of medication. They would transfer us to a person. I would leave a message and nothing. We found out when we went to my mom’s follow up appointment that the person they were transferring me too…no longer worked there. I don’t understand how the receptionist would not know if that person no longer works there. Good thing I mentioned it to the doctor and his nurse practitioner because now I just call directly to their nurse and I have no problems. I just recommend this place for Dr. Nazarian.

I have tried several times to make a simple follow up appointment but after 40 minutes on hold I had to hang up. The next time 30 minutes on hold before giving up and now today, I've been on hold for 28 minutes before they HUNG UP ON me with a "we are experiencing technical issues" message came on. It keeps ringing back to a person who picks it up and immediately puts me back on hold. Never even allows me to say a word. It's ludicrous that you can't even answer the phone! Hire some more people! Or get someone who can handle the phones, I don't know but this is not a place I would choose if I had an option! Spending 3 hours trying to get through to make a simple appointment is not okay.

Dr. N Hoekzema And the staff here are amazing, after 2 hospitals already denying to perform the complicated wrist and arm surgery the VA sent me here and im glad they did, i was able to have the surgery by the end of the week. The Doctor and staff were very patient and 5⭐️ on the new tablets that are used for checking in and electric signature.
