You aren’t allowed to bring your partner in with you even when you request such. The policy is set that way. This isn’t the place to go if you want your partner to be involved.
Wonderful doctors and staff (I see Dr. McCormack now and Dr. Middleton). Pleasant office staff too; they get things done and are really easy to talk to on the phone which is rare these days. I will change my review to 5 stars if they go back to their original charting system. I've been a patient here for nearly 7 years and it is really frustrating to have to login to a brand new system that is different from the hospital and all my other doctor's offices. It seems they didn't make this change with patients in mind. The new portal stinks. Probably a money thing.
So accomodating and kind. Both the MA and Practioner made nice chitchat with me, which was such a great atmosphere to have in this setting prior to my procedure! Check-in process was super easy aswell.
I’ve been in this office before with my other two previous pregnancies so I was so surprised by how Dr Nicole took offense for how I deal with a trigger I have from being a sexual assault survivor. She really tainted my experience of confirmation of my pregnancy and then adding stress by rejecting me from their services and having to find a new OBGYN. Every SA survivor deals with their trauma differently and I thought I was in a safe place but apparently not.
Dr Downer is the best! I am in the best women's health, directly because of his help. I can't say enough great things about him. He has the best bedside manner. I appreciate him. I highly recommend him.
