This is the worse medical treatment that I have received. The communication is horrible. You can never speak to anyone on your care team ever and the people that work in the actual clinic have NO clue where anything is located and will NOT leave their cellphone calls to even see what it is you are in need of. I have a fractured foot and I have been attempting to reach my care team because the orthotic boot I received doesn't fit appropriately. I am in so much pain right now and i still cannot and have not reached anyone from the Tinley Park podiatry clinic! This is just PATHETIC!!!
I was a walk-in to their emergency department last week. The staff was very kind and gave great advice! I was taken in right away and made to feel comfortable. Sure, it took time to get results back, but that’s like any other emergency room.
Steer clear. Not an urgent care; an "urgent aid" where you get ER priced to get treated by APNs for the same urgent care you'd get at similar locations. My discharge paperwork gave me a very warm sendoff from "Sincerely, No att. providers found", which is the level of care you can expect. Waste of time, money, and your health.
Took my son who is 17 to the 24hr urgent care and they took very good care of him. Even the Dr called me to tell me the results of his test. We were in and out within 4 hours. 4am to 8am. Where can you find this kind of care now a days? They took stool samples and xray and give him iv all within that time frame. They gave him 5 different medicines. I am so thankful to all the staff and doctors and nurses here! ☆☆☆☆☆
This place is hot dog water. The doctor barely spoke English. Been here for hours and all I hear is all the staff laughing outside. They come in and say we’re doing an X-ray but never even explained why they are doing it or what they are trying to rule out. This place exists just to bill you and your insurance. The doctor literally looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. Go to silver cross because this place is trash. Walked up to the doctor at the nursing station and nobody was able to tell me why an X-ray was done. We just grabbed our stuff and walked out and not one employee cared. Shut this place down
