They are very receptive to patient concerns. I called the office snd spoke to Andrea, my doctor’s nurse practitioner. I expressed a concern and she arranged a phone call for me to speak with my doctor. She then followed up with me to see if I was okay.

Every visit I come too I’m always waiting 1 hour or more. I can be on time or even early still waiting. Very rude especially since I have my ride waiting for me. Even when I call concerning my refills and speaking to provider in regards to medications and side affects it’s hard to get a hold of my provider. Dietician is awesome! Only reason I’m still here. She a great help! Considering looking for a different provider.

Find another office this place is a joke. I called numerous times to get ahold of my doctor and no one can figure it out. It’s been DAYS of me calling and the rudest office lady who clearly had no idea what she was talking about got an attitude with me. Don’t waste your time.

After a few lemons, I felt as though I hit the lottery win with this facility. They prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The provider knew my history, spent a decent amount of time conversing about my situation and explaining things to me. I felt valued, and was quite pleased with the appointment. The location was handy and well-marked. Inside, it was clean, tasteful, and calm. I highly recommend this provider.

I saw Heather & she was super helpful, positive and kind. The office staff on the other hand were incredibly rude. The lady that called to schedule my apt was rude saying “we don’t got no more appointments for January” when the ONE option she gave me didn’t work with my schedule. Front desk staff was just awful when talking to people. I refuse to go back to that office in person. No one should be paying employees to treat patients the way their front desk ladies treat people.
