The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to me upon arrival. Dr. Reed and Dr. Steeleman answered all my questions and concerns. They even provided beneficial options to help improve my sleep therapy. Great physicians that truly care about improving your quality of sleep and extremely knowledgeable physicians.
Sleep study services are very professional and staff was super assuring. Angelica was super helpful throughout the night.
Went for my first appointment, the front desk personal was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. I seen two different doctors during my exam and they were both very nice, listened and answered all my questions. They genuinely seemed to really care. The other patients I observed seemed to be having a pleasant positive experience also. PROS: -Easy to find, address is printed largely and the suite number is on the door, signage easy to read -Waiting room is large, clean and plenty of seating -Staff was all very nice and helpful CONS: -None that stood out
Staff was incredibly caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for my sons sleep study. He was so nervous and asked so many questions and they answered every last question. The nurses made it feel like a home away from home. 100% recommend!
Had some concerning changes to my sleep health and was still 3 months away from my next scheduled appointment. Was told there was no way to be able to communicate my concerns to the Doctor until my appointment time. Makes me feel that even a 5 minute phone call with one of the Doctors is too much effort for them. I understand that they are busy but if I had a patient concerned with a recent change to their sleep health I would make an effort to provide them a small window of time to at least ensure them some peace of mind, or maybe give some helpful advice. Now I am just left to wait for months with abnormal sleep patterns and a boatload of anxiety.
