Good luck ever getting this office to call you. My doctor referred me here and they called while I was at work. I returned their call and left a voicemail with a call back number. Several days later I called again during business hours and left a voicemail with a call back number. In total I left 7 voicemails over a few weeks and no one returned my calls. I will be seeking out a different referral since this office seems to be incompetent.
Great office very clean and felt soothing to be here. Ladies who check you in and out were very nice. Excited to do sleep study and get answers.
Everything about this office is amazong! The staff and the Dr listens and was so helpful! I also had the honor or being a patient of his wife Hina Quasim who has been amazing helping me deal with insurance issues! Don’t hesitate!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband went in for an assessment and received a device. Shortly after, we received a bill for around $500, which we paid in full. A month later, we were shocked to receive a letter saying the account had gone to collections—for a bill we had already paid. Now we're being charged interest on something that should have been resolved. Trying to fix this was a nightmare. We were bounced around between departments, with no one able to give a straight answer. One staff member even told us, "Don't worry, I’ll personally take care of your bill." That clearly didn’t happen. Fast forward to July 7, 2025—yet another bill shows up, this time for $35. Where are these random charges even coming from? In conclusion: If you enjoy surprise bills, insurance confusion, and getting sent to collections for payments you've already made, this is the place for you. BEWARE — They’ll bill your insurance, take your money, then turn around and send you to collections anyway.
