Betty from the Ultrasound lab is why I am leaving 2 stars. She called me to set up medical billing and scoffed on the phone when I said I was self pay, and then said "Wooooow" when she pulled up the price of my lab. I cancelled my appointment right when we got off the phone. Because your job is to have compassion. She lied, the overall price with self pay discount is $750 and some change. I felt she was trying to have this attitude of "Ooh woow look at you". It was apparent to me and I said I will just take care of scheduling solely on my computer.

Because I was labeled with tmj the er will not investigate my complaint of a serious head wound. My swelling and pain is no where near the tmj joint. At one point I came here and could not swallow, they said it was my tmj and the head physician cursed at me and kicked me out because I beĝed for help. Then the Cleveland clinic performed a egd and found severe esophagus deterioration. They prescribed a medication and speech therapy. Now I can swallow. Every time I come here they discharge me as fast as possible. Tonight I have major swelling and pain in the back of my head. I'm one of the truck drivers who delivered essential medical supplies during covid. I've met er personnel across the country and I've never been treated this way. Because of a tmg diagnosis I could literally have a broken limb and I'd be discharged because of a tmj diagnosis. What do I do this is the only er I can reach

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Brought my fiancé here last weekend with lacerations to the bone on 3 fingers. Kept us in the waiting room until someone complained about him bleeding (45 minutes) then proceeded to leave him in a hall bed for hours with no pain medication. Had to ask several times for assistance. We went through 5 nurses none of which knew what was going on except 1. Did not allow us to see x-rays of the hand and told us he would need surgery with no explanation. Refused to do surgery and referred us to north west Ohio orthopedics. They called in a gentleman from north west Ohio orthopedics and he was also very frustrated with the treatment he received from staff. After waiting for an hour I had to ask to be released, and for them to take the iv out of the arm. 100% will NEVER return. ProMedica should be ashamed.

I cannot stant the ego and audacity of some people. The staff at the Emergency room were some of the worst medial professionals I have ever encountered. 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room and over 3 hours in the hallway bed they put my mother in. Now in the very beginning it was busy but after two 1/2 hours the whole building had been seen except my mother. DO NOT COME HERE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. Go to Bellevue, mcgruder, firelands anywhere but here.

I came here last week for severe pain in my left side. I was throwing up and these nurses were talking to me like complete crap in the ER. The lady doing intake was rude and I called all of them out for how they spoke to me. Told me if I didnt pee for them they'd have to give me a catheter. 20 mins and im hurled over and you are yelling at me to pee in a cup? Allot of these nurses have 0 empathy what so ever. They also missed my vein for my IV like 10 times. My veins are huge. Lots of these burses should find different work. Claimed I was causing it to come out because I was bending my arm. You can 100% move your arm with an IV. They even wiggled the damn IV into my vein multiple times. It hurt so badly , they manhandle you on the bottom floor. Seriously some of those women didnt getting their job because they care for people and it shows. Once I was told I had a ovarian cyst then I was treated like a damn person when I was admitted for 2 nights on morphine every 2 hours. I dont ever want to have to go here again. Can't wait to see the bill
