My 3 year old grandson cut his finger and Dr. Abrahams fixed it up. What a gentle, excellent dr! Can't recommend him enough.

Visiting my son and his family from out of state, rode a BMX bike and bit the dirt! Wanted to make sure that everything was okay. Got in quickly, examined, and back out the door with the reassurance that it will heal ok. Gave me a prescription due to the cut on my leg and now I get to ice it and elevate for a bit. Went to the hospital in Athol and the receptionist didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing to say the least. However, the service providers did an exceptional job. Reason why it’s getting one star is because the company they go through for X-rays (Radia) is a joke and a scam. Got billed and supposedly my claim was ran through insurance and got denied. Needless to say, my insurance never got a claim because Radia never filed it. Tried 4 other times to get Radia to file my insurance and they still never did (even though they said they did). Ended up paying my X-Ray bill in full after paying the Co-Pay and service provider from the hospital. I highly suggest North West Hospital finds another company to work with before they get sued or someone comes after them. I highly recommend not going there for X-Rays, unless you want to waste your money and time.

Went in with an infection from a cat scratch. Hand was swollen and very sore. The doctor looked at it and gave antibiotics for it. Didn't have too wait very long, no longer that my regular doctor. A lot quicker that the ER at the hospital. Very nice people.

Literally best urgent care there is! My son was screaming about his hurting ear and everyone was so sweet to him. The doctor brought in a teddy bear carrying juice (medicine) for my son to drink. My son finally stopped crying and loved the bear. I will keep this urgent care at the top of our list ALWAYS. Thank you!!!!!
