My mother has been denied the CPAP settings she needs by her pulmonary doctor at Renown. We've been trying for weeks, but the doctor won't send the prescription info to the provider, and my mother's health is getting worse. This delay is unacceptable. We just want basic care and answers and we're not getting either. It makes me wonder why her life doesn’t seem to matter to them. Who is getting paid so my mom can be unalived.
Mixed bag. The good: The front desk staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. The medical staff is very good, professional and punctual. Renown Pulmonary and Sleep warrant 5 stars. The bad: Unfortunately you have to go through the Renown “switchboard” to ask a simple question. I spend 10 to 15 minutes on hold and talking to someone who just ends up transferring me to Pulmonary and Sleep front desk staff who resolve my problem in two minutes. This is a primitive, archaic, inefficient and time consuming pain in the butt process.
The front desk lady who checked me in was very friendly and courteous. She was very soft-spoken, so I had a hard time hearing her. This is my first visit to this clinic. My PCP referred me to Dr. Flores. He was very nice and took his time explaining to me the next step. His nurse was very friendly and efficient.
Dr. Flores and Dr. Andrews are so kind, caring, professional and if you ever have to go to this office I highly recommend them!!!! Not to mention the office staff and assistants are so kind and welcoming to the patients. I wish I could give a higher rating for them all! It's reassuring that there's doctors out here who genuinely care about their patients. Thank you for everything you & your office staff do for us
If you don't need to communicate with them on a regular basis, the providers here are really good. Unfortunately, it takes ages for anyone to get back to you. I have been waiting for the results of my July 5 sleep study. Today is 8/30, and I still haven't heard. I call. I email. I'm stressed all the time. My issues are serious. I've been waking with my jaw clenched.
