Dr. Patel is a very conscientious and thorough Pulmonalogist. I would refer him to anyone I know. His office is very busy and his staff is very knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Wonderful Dr. and staff. The Dr opened up on Saturday to see some of us that had to be rescheduled due to an emergency he had. I appreciate that kind of care. The appointment wasn’t rushed everything was explained so I could understand what steps are being taken to figure out what is going on in my body.
Dr Patel is great. His office staff could use some improvements ; both business and professional departments. The business department gave me a hand- written note that was unintelligible and the professional staff could not tell me why they measured my neck’s circumference.
It was my first appointment but Dr Patel was very straight forward and answered all my questions as best he could. He ordered the tests I needed to get the answers. He was very understanding of my uncertainty about how to move forward and explained things thoroughly!
