So far horrible experience. Did my test in November and my machine malfunctioned requested them to request to send my results to my doctor as an urgent request told me to call my Sutter doctor to send in a request which they did at the beginning of December. 4weeks have passed and I asked my doctor they didn’t receive the results. I called Pacific back asking if they received they request form, the receptionist was short with me and told me only a specific person deals with these requests now and upon requesting that person’s contact information (so I don’t have to jump around the hoops some more) she was annoyed. After 5 mins of hold and a dropped call, she gave me the fax number and as I was asking further inquiry questions she hung up on me without even listening to me. Seems like both Sutter and Pacific’ administration are either incompetent or simply discriminating towards certain patients. Whichever the case it’s not a good place for patient care. For a sleep disorder center they should know if a patient is going without CPAP machine for more than 4 weeks how miserable they feel and instead of making sure their requests are dealt properly and urgently they are making them deal with administrative hoops. Just want to be done with them and never return back again

The doctor at the Tracy office is great, but trying to get a hold of anyone to request a prescription refill or supply re-order is next to impossible. You leave a message and never hear back. Because of this, I'm going to be forced to find a new place to handle my sleep issues and supply re-orders.

Honestly one of the best doctors I have ever had. Staff is friendly, and the doctor listens to you. This is one of the first doctors who has helped me, and I am so glad this office exists.

I was excited about this place. They were able to get me in quickly and the first appointment was with a doctor o er zoom. I really liked that doctor. She ordered an at home sleep study. I had to call the office back to schedule because no one had bothered to contact me. Did the sleep study. Waited for the follow up. Met with a doctor who didn’t make me feel as comfortable. She ordered a CPAP machine. I waited weeks before calling again to check the status. Insurance wasn’t verified yet. Got a call back to schedule the pickup of the machine. Parts that were ordered weren’t the right fit. I made phone calls but you get voicemail. No one returns your call. Get notified by text message that your upcoming appointment with the doctor needs to be rescheduled so I have to call and reschedule. A phone call to me would have put someone out. I called to reschedule and was also notified the team that can provide the proper headgear is out. Maybe they need to quit herding people into their tiny waiting room so they have more time to care for the patients.

Dr.aurora is very knowledgeable, caring, and always goes above and beyond to get things handled quickly. I've been to a few different sleep specialist and he's by far my favorite! It's always a pleasant experience going into the office as well as talking to his office staff over the phone:)
