I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a month. No one ever answers their phone. There is no message, no voicemail, just a phone that rings endlessly.
I had no idea what to expect when I got there. I was taken to a room with a circular tube-looking, phonebooth-feeling sitting place, and its door had a device attached to breath into. The lady technician was very nice and explained what I needed to do, telling me not to worry. There was a monitor on a desk that drew lines each time I needed to breathe a certain way into the machine. I asked her about how those lines told her about my breathing. She was very happy to share the info with me in a comprehensive way. I found it all fascinating. It was a mellow, calm environment and pleasant all in all. Very nice and courteous staff.
Our experience has been wonderful! My husband is a patient here for almost 4 years. Always excellent service
Just to share a "funny" experience. I needed to have my first sleep apnea take home test assessment appointment remotely. They said a medical assistant would call me to talk about my medical history. I was paying attention to the phone call the whole day, but I had a class in the afternoon. The medical assistant called me during the class and asked if I could talk for 15 minutes. I said something like it was not a good time and asked if they could call back in 20 minutes. The assistant said they were closing and then went silent, leaving me trying to figure out a place to talk to her. (I mean, shouldn't you have some alternative in mind available in case I wasn't able to talk if you call right before you're closing?) She then said I could complete it through an online platform (which I already did at that point, but she insisted that she did not see it). The next day, at the time of the appointment, I did not receive the link for my remote appointment, so I called. The person who picked up the phone said the medical assistant left a note on their end saying, "She said she didn't have time." That's why I didn't receive a link for my appointment beforehand. The note is so ridiculous that it's kinda funny.
Very friendly staff, and my doctor, Dr. H, is a genuinely friendly and compassionate man. Always a positive experience when visiting.
