Absolutely incompetent when it comes to billing. I went in and got a sleep study and ended up with a CPAP machine. They signed me up for a service to have periodic supplies sent for the machine and told me my insurance would cover it. Next thing I knew, they had sent me to collections. I paid off the collections, but each time a box of supplies was sent, they automatically sent me to collections again. It's August 2025 and the last communication I got from them was in December 2024. These people are awful. Avoid them like the plague.

Regarding my review minutes ago. I had to get new x-rays and will probably have come back for another MRI because faxing MRi etc usually is not efficient. This Proliance has three platforms to push images. Novarad, Sectra , and Overlake. None of them are used by Confluence.
friendly staff, but way over priced, nickel & dime ya to death. Even if a mask didn't work (within first week) was still charged full price for everything, plus the visit to try and get a different one. Had to switch to a more comfortable mask 3x and was charged full for visit to straighten out, and any different supplies needed. Yikes! Better off going thru a bonafide pulmonologist and an established supplier- not a private provider. At Norco a lady worked with me until we got the right supplies, and right fit. She didn't charge each try either, was good at helping me as a patient. *This establishment also, never sent records when requested to have sent elsewhere. (Not cool!)
My experience with Central Washington Sleep was a good experience from having my sleep study done here in Brewster, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, caring, and very professional put me at ease through it all! Also my follow up appointments that I have from my diagnosis, to receiving my c pap all the staff took the time to ensure I was comfortable with my new c pap machine and called me periodically to make sure I was comfortable with things and to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them!
