All of the female staff are beyond rude. They are supposed to be medical PROFESSIONALS. Your life is literally dependent on their care, so that you don’t die in your sleep. Is essentially what they are telling you, how important their care is…. But they are rude, not helpful, do mot CARE at all…. It sucks that they are the only place in town. But I will be transferring my care to Spokane. This place has become absolutely ridiculous.
Avoid this business. It took 5 months to complete my sleep study after they forgot about me. They scheduled unnecessary appointments (I suspect just to collect my co-pays), are disorganized, understaffed, and gave rushed, poor service when I finally got my CPAP machine — no mask options and delays getting a proper fit. Because of the incorrect fit I couldn’t meet compliance, which risks insurance coverage. They also tried to charge me for supplies and extra rent, even though they didn't fit me. After talking to other local CPAP suppliers, this office clearly makes you come in more than needed just to bill you. I’m going elsewhere.
I was seen in their office for an initial visit. I asked if there was a charge at the time they said no no charge. Then I find out they billed my insurance for $400.00 and sent me a bill for $45. So when this company tells you there’s no charge. Don’t believe them. There’s always a charge. I believe this company is just bilking insurance companies. It’s this kind of company that makes all of our insurance rates go up.
Doctors are decent and staff is fairly nice, but if you don’t want to get screwed over when it comes to billing, id go somewhere else. They like to find every loophole and have their system set up to squeeze as much from your insurance (and you afterwords) as possible. But when they’re the only one in town it’s easier to get away with.
Central Washington Sleep Center in Moses lake has the best Dr and staff ever! From the first appointment to the sleep study, the staff made my daughter and myself feel absolutely comfortable and extremely professional and super friendly 🙌 👏 😊. We were treated like family. I highly recommend them!
