Dr Don Seidman is my favorite Pediatrician at this practice for my son. Very knowledgeable and I always schedule with him. Duly has been fabulous all around and very accommodating. I have been with Duly since 2007 when my daughter was 2 but thru a different practice but I have been happy since 2007 with the pediatricians at Duly. Always recommend them.
Dr. Pont (& staff) consistently provide exceptional care and support for my family. Patient, friendly and know he cares.
My special needs son has been a patient of Dr Pont for over 15 years, my younger sons for their whole lives. Dr Pont is always invested and genuinely happy to see us. He is always on time & never rushes through our appointments. He is the best listener, and I always return to him because I know we will continue to receive the very best care & attention from him. We love & trust Dr Pont.
While Dr. Erica is kind and has good intentions, this practice and organization as a whole is GARBAGE! I have three children with the group and I have only been with Duly since January of 2025. Things have gotten so bad that on multiple occasions I have called corporate. Did they give a damn and call back? Nope. No acknowledgment of the atrocious treatment of any of my children. Hopefully no one in your home needs a referral because the coordinator will mess up somewhere between 3-5 times before it’s processed appropriately and your child can get care. She’s also rude, dismissive and had the audacity to blame me for her incompetence.
I have heard good about these guys, but unfortunately, I did not like the clinic as much as I like the doctors and nurses are okay. Very firstly, they did not let me change my daughter's physician. I believe, as a parent, it is my right to choose my physician whom I think is best for my daughter. I expect them to hear why I wanted to change and try to address my concern, but I didn't even ask why - just responded they do not allow. At least, I was fine with that. I got a different job and was moving out of Illinois. I went there asking for vaccination report for my daughter that I can carry, but they refused saying they do not give medical reports to anyone. They suggested that I ask the new doctor to request the records from them, and they would directly fax the records to my daughter's new doctor. They do not give medical record of 2 year old to a parent.... Absolutely ridiculous!!! Update: My new pediatric group never entered anything they received from Elmhurst Pediatrics into their online portal - maybe, it was some manual work and wouldn't do it for transferred patients. Ultimately, my daughter's pediatric records for 2 years are lost.
