Do NOT recommend going to this sleep clinic. You wont get the help you desperately need if you have severe sleeping issues like i do. They don't listen when you tell them your having problems with their equipment and their "treatment" is not working, they dont want to hear or believe it as even being a possibility that they messed up (i have severe OSA thats significantly WORSE since their "treatment" ) and they dont send you your supplies that your insurance has already paid for (they keep it i guess?? No idea!) They are a joke. The entire team is disrespectful to anyone who doesn't think they walk on water. I'd skip this place and go to wenatchee instead.

After a bit of a bumpy beginning, I really feel good about my team and my new provider. They really do care about getting you taken care of and improving your sleep quality improved. The service going forward has been way above and beyond!

They used to be great but now I never hear back from anyone, they sent me the wrong supplies for an over a year, even though I called and told them each time. I returned the supplies to Benny in person and then got nothing back to replace all the incorrect masks they sent, which I paid for. After 4 months of waiting on getting my supplies replaced, I got a whole story from Benny telling me how someone in the supply place made mistakes and wasn’t sending a ton of people their stuff and that he was “handling it tomorrow”, it’s been another 2 months and I have still not received my replacement supplies. I haven’t used my cpap in months, I’m reacting to the mask because I’ve had the same one for far too long, it’s almost $100 to replace the supplies out of pocket on Amazon, I shouldn’t have to do that just because Central Wa Sleep is horrible. If there were other options, I’d go somewhere else.

The entire staff at the Brewster Sleep Center are fantastic. Benny is so wonderful and helpful. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure that you are comfortable with your mask and machine. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I had to take my 10yr old son to the clinic in Brewster and as soon as we got there the assistant was very friendly. We were very nervous because we didn't know what to expect especially my son he was more nervous than I was and the assistant assured him that everything was going to be okay and made sure and explain to him step by step in detail what he was doing and what everything was for. That, made my son more at ease and comfortable. He made us feel like we were in a 5 start hotel with our own personal Butler! The rooms are clean and very cozy. All together it was a super experience. I recommend it to everyone young and old who need a diagnosis for sleep apnea. Thank you so much Dr.Hager and staff!
