This is a great Hospital. I was checked in although I was 10 minutes late. Parking was easy I found a spot right away. I was able to be seen even though I was late. It worked out great! I was and in and out like 15 minutes. All of the staff was great. Had a CT scan.
This outfit doesn't have a clue how to conduct business in a respectable or professional manner. I've called 4 times regarding my bill, I left messages all 4 times. But haven't received a single return call. Because the phoneline connects to the business office and they transfer me to medical records, which simply proves the business office doesn't have a clue about conducting business in a professional manner. I've worked with a number medical facilities as an Accountant. Never in my life have I ever heard of the medical records department taking care of billing/receivables. In short, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. An absolutely disgusting way to treat your patients. Never returning my phone calls will only result in my not paying my bill. Because they're attempting to double-bill me and that's against the law. I'm not stupid enough to fall for it.
Nurse Celia was an angel such a kind soul! The staff are great and wait times are short would definitely recommend this hospital definitely worth the drive if your not from Sunnysides!
Look my sister went to the hospital because she was bleeding excessively and scared that she was going to miscarry the baby and ya’ll sent her home and said she was gonna die or lose the baby that’s crazy not professional at all ya’ll scared her and she had to come back to Yakima bleeding and get a second opinion because ya’ll didn’t wanna do your job. I don’t care how busy you all are I coulda lost a niece or nephew. Do better.
What an excellent experience at Astria Sunnyside Hospital we had yesterday.. What was a stressful event was handled quickly and very professionally. As an R.N. I can often find flaws in service during medical events, but I highly recommend this hospital the surgeons are extremely talented and support staff go above and beyond. I have never seen a surgeon go to such great lengths to explain what is going on and how he will be solving the issue. He even had a slide show. People should not feel discouraged that we lack medical facilities in our area. Sunnyside Hospital is a hidden gem.
